The actress and her fiancee' become parents to baby boy

The star, who plays lawyer Miranda Hobbs in Sex And The City, has become a parent for the third time.

Her partner, activist Christine Marinoni gave birth to a baby boy, Max Ellington Nixon-Marinoni, on Monday.

Nixon already has two children with former boyfriend Danny Mozes, Samantha, 14, and Charles, 8.
