RULES

1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) apply to ‘Atlantic Village Ladies Lounge’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th September 2013 ('The Duration').  The "Radio Station" is Heart South West.

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go to Atlantic Village, Bideford and visit the Heart Angels' Ladies Lounge. Entry will open at 11:00 and close at 14:00 on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th September 2013.

4.    Entrants will need to enter their details on an entry form on the iPad provided by the Heart Angels. 

5.    One winner will be picked at random from all the valid entries and will be notified using the information provided on the Heart Angels entry form. If winners are un-contactable or do not return contact made from Heart Radio, within 28 days of the competition closing, a new winner/s will be picked.

Eligibility:

6.    Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.

7.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:

8.    1 x £250 Atlantic Village Shopping Voucher.

9.    Voucher is valid for all stores at Atlantic Village but excludes Asda.

10.  Winner will need to collect the prize from Atlantic Village Shopping Outlet, EX39 3QU. If winner is unable to collect prize after 28 days since being notified, a new winner will be drawn at random from all the valid entries.

11.  Prize is non-transferrable and there is no cash alternative.

12.  Global Radio reserves the right to substitute prize.
