Rachael first revealed she had been dating Mike two years into their relationship in 2015.
'It's one of the things I'm most proud of, my relationship with him,' Rachael gushed to Daily Life at the time.

The couple ended their troubled relationship that same year after two years together.
Their romance ended following 'two violent and unprovoked' attacks in Rome after he proposed to her, which prompted her to take out an AVO.
Speaking to The Australian Women's Weekly in 2014, Rachael confessed she felt 'ashamed' and 'stupid' after being abused.

'I was a victim of domestic violence. I don't think any woman thinks that they will become an addition to these statistics,' she wrote in a first-person essay.
'At first, my reasons for keeping my experience of domestic violence to myself were very simple. I felt ashamed. I felt stupid. I felt very sad.'
Rachael did not name Matt in the essay, but their violent relationship has been well documented.
