Adam Sandler is worth a ton of money -- but he doesn't let it get to his head -- at least not when it comes to his style choices.

Sandler was out in Brentwood with his wife Jackie on Thursday wearing what appears to be a pair of Uggs ... aka the comfiest shoes in the world. We're guessing he needed a little extra support after critics slammed his new movie "The Ridiculous 6".

No word on if Ugg has taken notice, but our advice? ... watch out Tom Brady.
